There are pages where you can delete, create, move, rename files in your device but all should be with user's permission and approval.

App Permissions:
The app may request some permissions which can make a question for in your mind. The app can request Access Camera permission which you can think why this needed by this app? Because in app there is Java example which shows you how to Access Camera and take a Photo or video. So, the visual example needs that permission to work. (If your device Android version is 7.0+ without you knowledge none of permissions are approved. Else you need to go to Setting > Apps > Permissions and block whatever permission you do not want this app can have.) You can deny permission and view source code without visual examples.
